Sounds & Motion's work with Cao Peng

Sounds and Motion recently had the honour of working with one of China’s most respected conductors, Mr Cao Peng.
 
We recorded the Shanghai City Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Mr Cao Peng across two great venues in Shanghai, the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra Concert Hall and the Shanghai Oriental Arts Centre. It was impressive to hear Cao Peng deliver his Master Class while extracting some great performance from the orchestra.
 
Our role on this project was to record both orchestral performances and deliver a 5.1 surround sound mix. The recorded material has been mixed in 5.1 surround sound for release on Blu-Ray DVD.
 
We really enjoyed working with the Shanghai City Symphony Orchestra and their management team and look forward to future collaborations.
